31 days of gratitude!


Soooo….As of tomorrow 1st March, I shall be embarking on 31 days of gratitude.

Being grateful for the abundant blessings all around us, in the here and now, is so important in life.

Establishing a good practice of gratitude is a fundamental part of mindfulness, helping us to becoming more and more accepting of life’s ever flowing state in the present moment.

Knowing that we can and do, have the power within to step back, breathe and change our processes.

No longer being controlled by the mind and thought processes and instead becoming mindful of life and how beautiful it can be, even on our difficult days.
